Rental conditions

For rent, a standard lease is used by the landlord and tenant. These are the general rental statements from the lease:

  1. Order
    Deposit (15 % of the rental amount) be paid most recently 10 days after confirmation of order is received. The contract is not valid until the order confirmation is received in signed condition and deposit is paid. Deposit is normally returned in full after the rental period upon return of keys. If damage occurs beyond what can be expected by normal use, Can parts of or all of the deposit be held back.
  2. Settlement
    Lay down (without a deduction for deposit) be paid most recently 60 days before your stay begins. If the rental amount is not the landlord in this deadline, reserves the landlord the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit. Keys are not delivered until the entire rental amount is paid.
  3. Remittance
    Deposit and the rental amount paid to a bank account. Account number is stated in the contract.
  4. Number of persons
    If the number of people changes, May this be stated. We need to know the number of people to obtain bedding and towels to all.
  5. Cancellation
    Cancellation must be made in writing. If the order is canceled by the tenant, reserves the landlord the right to retain the following part of the deposit/rental amount:
    • More than 60 days before the rental period begins: the entire deposit
    • 60-31 days before the rental period begins: deposit + 10 % of the rental amount
    • 30-15 days before the rental period begins: deposit + 50 % of the rental amount
    • < 15 day: The entire rental amount is retained by the landlord, Deposit is returned
  6. Rental period, Arrival and departure
    The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Unless otherwise agreed, are the rental objects ready to use the clock 17:00 On the day of arrival, and departure must take place by the clock 11:00 On the day of departure.
